Hartford Police Arrest Local Businessman

HARTFORD — Hartford Police on Tuesday arrested a local businessman for selling prescription drugs out of his Park Street store.

The man, Henry Depena, 46, was arrested for operating as a second hand dealer  without a license, a felony charge.

The arrested comes after an ongoing investigation, police said. This is the fifth time Depena was arrested. Earlier this month, he was arrested on six charges, including possession of narcotics with intent to sell and operating a drug factory. In that arrests, police seized a large amount  of illegal prescription drugs including Oxycodone, Suboxone and Viagra.

For his latest arrest, Depena was being held on a $25,000 bond.
