HARTFORD – Today the office of Congressman John B. Larson (CT-01) will host the 31st annual Congressional Arts Competition at the Wadsworth Atheneum.
Every year high school students from throughout the First Congressional District are invited to submit works of art for the opportunity to win a college scholarship. This year judges will be quilter, teacher, curator and lecturer, Ed Johnetta and Assistant Professor of Visual Fine Arts at Manchester Community College, Patricia Carrigan.
